DRUMBEAT! I would certainly recommend this program
Having just attended DRUMBEAT with our clients I would certainly recommend this program. The session and focused on using hand drums as a recovery tool. Each week new skills were taught to the group and participants were able to link experiences within their own life with drumming analogies. I was especially excited by the progress that I observed people managing psychosis made during this journey. It appeared that communicating via the drum was at times easier than verbally and it was a delight to watch the growth in confidence and ability that took place.
